On Friday I got Buck, my Tennessee Walker out, and did some grooming. I really need to start working with him more. I did some foundational training as well, walk, stop, setting up, pivoting, etc. He did really well and I'm excited with some of the progress that we made. Then when I took him out into the yard I got him set up in the breed standard pose! Which took a little work but, with cooperation we did it. Abigail ran inside and grabbed a camera and we snapped a couple pictures.
The goats are bred, decreasing their milk supply and slowing down for the winter. I just got in from trimming the buck's hooves, we are bringing him back to his owner today as well as picking up grain while we're in that area.
